ThermoKera TK-HS1 is a silicon nitride hot surface igniter developed for gas furnaces, boilers and related heating equipment. It is supplied for OEM, distributor and replacement-development projects in separate 120 VAC and 230 VAC configurations.

Selection is application-specific. Before ordering, confirm the rated voltage, cold resistance, power, element dimensions, lead length, connector, mounting geometry and flame-sensing arrangement. A drawing or existing sample is recommended for cross-reference work.

  • Element and mounting dimensions
  • Lead length and connector specification
  • Expected annual quantity and required approvals

Frequently asked questions

Can one TK-HS1 configuration be used at both 120 V and 230 V?

No assumption should be made. Select the voltage-specific configuration shown on the approved drawing.

Can ThermoKera confirm a replacement from an OEM part number?

We can review it, but final compatibility depends on electrical and mechanical verification and, where necessary, sample testing.

Are samples available?

Qualified samples can be discussed after the application and configuration are reviewed.
